expensive to live, thats for certain/
hustle or keep ya day job, just put work in/
money mean a lot but cant buy it all/
life seem easy with a stack so tall/
so many miserable wit they boss/
but know quitin they'd take a loss/
but to who it cost, ya life or material?/
greed quick to spread like a disease, venereal/
money constantly tease/
without it, seem hard to please/
so we beg and plea/
to be wealthy, sayin help me/
to go on this shopping spree/
thats unrealistic money doesn't come easy/
like wind, only sometimes when it breezy/
its a shame to be stuck home bound/
wishin to have a car to get around/
at a job interview, can't take you serious/
it aint your fault you not imperious/
or maybe you wasn't wearin the right clothes/
cuz apparently clothes show what your work ethic compose/
truth is, no body knows/
most simply suppose/
cant tell friends from foes/
when the money come, when the money goes/
when it come, strangers become friends/
when it go, friends make amends/
for crashin ya benz, take it to court/
lost a friendship as a last resort/
talk bout needin money for support/
try greedin money jus to sort.
